With a growing team of leaders and staff, Kingdomcity has expanded from being a global church to also being a catalyst to the birth of Kingdomcity School, an international Christian-based online school and Kingdomcity Communications Ltd, a media-based communications company.
Fuelled by the mission of "bringing the reality of God to our world", Kingdomcity's physical locations have quickly expanded with seeds in Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe, along with an Online Campus that covers hundreds of cities around the world.
Founder & Senior Leader
Mark’s journey began in 2003 when he left his legal career to pursue full-time ministry in a local church in Perth, Australia. In 2005, he had a personal encounter with God in what he describes as “his burning bush” experience. In response to what he believed God told him, he left Australia, bought a one-way ticket to Malaysia, and planted what is now Kingdomcity, in April 2006.
Mark authored his first book “Ready, Fire! Aim”, which captures his personal journey and Kingdomcity story on paper. It is an inspiring life story interwoven with a common thread of faith and risk and it is available for purchase here. Apart from preaching on stage, you would also often find Mark on the piano. He works closely with the worship team and has written multiple songs that continues to give powerful and passionate musical expression to God-centred worship in Kingdomcity. Senior Associate
Jemima married Mark in 2007, joining him 18 months into this God-journey. Together, they share a passion and burden to bring the reality of God to our world across multiple cultures. She is a creative communicator, an anointed leader and wholeheartedly champions the young generations.
In her ministry, she leads Kingdomcity Communications Ltd, a media production house designed to bring media to Christian ministries. She has also written, produced, and directed in-depth curriculum for youth and for kids that are being taught worldwide. These curriculums will be available for purchase along with a Family Devotional Book coming soon!
She is also currently working on establishing Kingdomcity School, a globally-accessible, Christian-based online school that will be launched in 2023. Along with their two energetic and creative sons, Zeke & Caleb, they are committed as a family to the mandate of Kingdomcity.
